Home team coach must  then call Judy Barton, the umpire coordinator, at 591-2706 to advise game is canceled. If the umpire has already shown (even if weather is the reason for cancellation), there will be a $10 show-up fee per umpire. bullet

Failure to cancel games within 24 hours of scheduled game times for nonweather-related reasons may result in teams being charged drag/line costs at Mountainview. Be aware PPCBA will be charged field rental costs at El Pomar whether a game is played or not unless El Pomar has decided conditions do not allow play.

E-mail or call the Division Director. E-mail addresses and phone numbers are both listed on the contact list and the e-mail addresses on the website. If the team's director cannot use the freed fields, he will advise other division directors by e-mail of the availability for make-ups. Each team is responsible for obtaining the date and time for rescheduled games from the division director, who will attempt to post a revised schedule as soon as possible.
